Much like the rest of the IOR's at Percepta, Tim grew up in a construction family. Mr. Pinelli attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated in 2000. After three years as a research associate at a chemical engineering company, he headed into the construction field, working as a carpenter for three years. He received his DSA certification in 2006 and began inspecting California school projects. Tim joined the Percepta Group team in 2012 and is currently working on several projects at Stanford Hospital. Tim's education and experience have allowed him to develop a strong breadth of construction expertise, utilizing creative thinking to ensure that the building progression goes smoothly.
